The Coppola Family has been a Hudson Valley fixture for 55 years. Beginning in 1961 our father and his two brothers opened their first restaurant in Poughkeepsie on Main Street.  Our father instilled in us the work ethic and desire to want to please our customers which still drives us to this day.  As the Coppola Family enjoys their 55th anniversary in the food service industry in the Hudson Valley, Antonio’s sons, the Coppola Brothers, strive to be leaders in the food service industry. Starting as dishwashers, we learned every aspect of the restaurant at our father’s apron strings.  With the knowledge with which 80 combined years of service brings, the Coppola Family understands the importance of long term success and experience.
